Pre-registration or voting is happening NOW in the following countries with ARZA/ARZENU constituencies, with more to come:
UNITED KINGDOM, ARGENTINA, SPAIN, GUATEMALA, BRAZIL, AUSTRALIA, UKRAINE, FRANCE, and THE NETHERLANDS.
